Yes. We offer a 30 days refund in case the plugin fails to functions and we are unable to fix the issue within 7 business days.

If you have an issue with the Route Manager or Locations Plugin that we cannot resolve, we will refund your money within 30 days from the date of purchase. To receive a refund, you should contact us with log files to demonstrate that the plugins failed to work for you and that you have contacted our support to try to resolve this.

We will not provide refunds for technical issues unless you have first allowed us to attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve a technical issue related to the main feature, we will provide a refund. All refunds require an existing support ticket as evidence that you have given us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Please open a support ticket before requesting a refund.
